Heart full of love

I am having such a lovely time in the East Neuk.

This afternoon I walked the dogs to Ardross Farm along the coastal path and while they jumped in and out of waves, I played with the sand - a heart scratched with a bit of seaweed seemed appropriate.

It demonstrates the passion I have for this part of the world, the people I am with, the people I encounter when I'm here and the people who have made it possible for me to be here.

I also stomped round Kilconquhar Loch this morning with them - delightful reflections! Perhaps I will remember the camera tomorrow - it's a lot to carry with two leads, two mad dogs and a precious camera!!

I passed the fab sand art in Crail today but did not stop. I'll return later this week! - It's amazing!!
