Anyone got a defibrillator?!?

We've got six consecutive days of fun and adventure coming up but as the kids and I had a ridiculously late night yesterday, we've got tons of stuff to do in the house and we have to pick my husband up from Heathrow later we've all agreed to have a quiet day at home and 'recharge our batteries'.

My sense of calm was shattered when I went into the kitchen to retrieve my cup of tea and was greeted by this. I hope the window-cleaner rings the bell next time to let me know he's here - nearly jumped through the roof and my tea ended up all over the floor!
