Shallots
A glorious mountains day today, not at all winterish. Mr C and I both had the day off and spent the majority of it in the berry patch rewiring and tying up the rows of berries. Great job done - hoping for a good season this year - not as wet and cold as last year please. Mmmmm mmm!
The shallots are flowering in the vegie garden - the naming of these are quite confusing. In Australia they are known as shallots, as opposed to the more usual small brown onion used in casseroles. Most would know these as spring onions.
