A view through the flower dew

The beach. Well what can I say? This is my second blip of the beach (Deep in thought being my first) but this time I've captured the cliff top view. I just couldn't resist it...there is something speacial about the sea.

As today's Sunday it means...getting up at a ridiculously early time :( 7 am start on a Sunday morning, surely it's against the law?! My sister decided to take up swimming club meaning we all now have to be at the pool at 7:50 am for a 8am start.

Back at our house for 9:15 am (yes, I should still be asleep at this time really!) we prepared for some guests to come round. Sadly, they couldn't make it at the last minute. We had planned to go to our local cliff top gala together, but since our friends couldn't come, we decided to go alone...the 4 musketeers.

The gala was ace! There were rides, food stalls, face painting, paintballing, fencing, helicopter rides, music, dancing, dog shows and generally a lot of people enjoying themselves and the sunny weather. I had a go in some 'walk on water' inflatable balls. I spent most of the time falling over, but had great fun.

My favourite part of the day was walking home along the cliff top and having fun with my dad. Generally, I was being silly and teasing my dad and in return he was tickling me and play-fighting with me. I just love teasing dad!

Home...cuddled up with my family...dvd on...tea...quick blip...now bed time I think (I'm sure I can hear my bed calling me). A fab day! Hope you all had a good Sunday too (and weren't up as early as me!)
