Raffles

After a busy month in which I finished my placement,moved out of our wooden house in the countryside into a smart apartment in Phnom Penh,flew to England, had fun with family and friends and then flew back again we decided to celebrate my new job and significant birthday of significant other with a weekend at Raffles in Phnom Penh. This picture shows part of the entrance hall. To stay at Raffles is to experience luxury like no other. Everything within these walls is designed to ensure that guests are comfortable at all times and want for nothing. There was a beautiful swimming pool and spa and the food and drink was delicious.Our room was decorated with antique furniture and had a small balcony looking out onto the garden.It was a great way to start our new life in Phnom Penh.
