Faith

I thought this seemed somehow appropriate. It was blue tacked into the window of a Unitarian Chapel. Just down the road, I caught a photograph of a billboard outside the Quaker Meeting House that said: 'Freedom for the pike is death to the minnow.' that also seemed appropriate...but this one felt more easy on the soul somehow. I'm back to taking portraits, I think. After a long time of visual famine it seems as though my eyes have started noticing details again.
I usually mark the 100s but sometimes that can stop me in my tracks for days and weeks whilst I search for an idea. Today I just felt the need to be a little more introspective and understated. I've been showing the city to a Californian couch surfer & it helps to see things through somebody else's eyes.
