Sneak peek

Things are finally progressing in the flat, even to an extend that an end to this craziness is finally in sight. The wallpapers were put up today and here's a little sneak peek into one of the rooms. More photos will probably follow at a more final stage.

I am so excited!

Whereas some things went nicely, there were some which didn't quite work out as well. Two cupboards were meant to be hung up today as well. The contractor had taken all measurements and reassured us that they would be able to build these in the time frame given. Only when the carpenter showed up, the cupboards didn't fit. They were too short!! URGH!

Ah well ... it all will work out in the end!
