Dragonfly Dance

Things weren't working in my other shots today, then this guy kept swarming around me. Funny how dragonflies will keep circling and landing in the same spot. Never knew that before I tried to take one's portrait! A smaller green one was doing the same dance earlier. This one's landing spot of choice wasn't exactly stunning, but with the clear sections of his wings, he almost blended right into the stone. Maybe that was his intent. Looks like he has two successive glowing sets of eyes along the back of his neck. Strange little creatures, indeed.
