Magnificent feet

I may have mentioned this before but Hammersmith is one of my favourite bridges. I particularly like these end bits, they make me think of lion's feet.

2nd day of the school hols and A has been invited out for a day trip so, after dropping her off, J and I embarked on our longest cycle to date. 12 miles later we had visited Kew, Hammersmith and Putney bridges and were back home in one piece. A much quieter afternoon catching up on Harry Potter films and resting tired limbs before collecting A.

After the madness of the last two months this more relaxed pace of life is very welcome and much needed. The house no longer looks permanently burgled and I've even found time for a blip. Not so shabby.
