Good Friends and Good Times = 20 Year HS Reunion

Wow has this been a big landmark week of really showing my age! First my 15 year wedding anniversary and now my 20 year high school reunion. Does this mean I'm getting "older".

I was actually quite hesitant to attend the reunion and really hadn't planned to until my friend of 30 years talked me into going with her. I'm so glad I went. We met up ahead of time with the old gang which consististed of several of our male friends who we hung out with quite a bit back in "the day". After meeting at a local pub we headed over to the reunion so we could walk into the reunion together. There's power and comfort in numbers, right? ;) It was a blast catching up with everyone again. I was surprised by some of those who attended and those who I figured would be there but weren't. We were out until after 2am retelling old stories and catching up on new ones. We all laughed at how quickly it was like old times again and how suddenly we were stressfree of our adult responsibility and acting like 17 year olds. It was wonderful to reconnect with some of these people again and I hope we can stay in touch better than we have the past 20 years. I love these friends!

(in case you're wondering I am the the girl in the front with the blonde hair. yes that's me. I think the first blip I've put myself in?)

On a side note; This picture was actually taken with my friends camera. My camera is now in the shop as there's an error code coming up on the screen which is not allowing me to shoot any pictures. Yes, I'm frustrated and going crazy without my best friend aka Camera. Hopefully it's an easy and CHEAP fix. So needless to say I will be on a temporary hiatus from posting blips. Boo :(
