Flying computers

As many people will be aware, one of my obsessions is flying. Before I started learning to fly for real, I learned to fly on Microsoft Flight Simulator. In 2005 found an online organisation called Vatsim which allows people to fly online with other people, and also adds air traffic control into the mix. As well as flying, I took up controlling, as the logic and procedure really appeals to my mentality. I haven't really been involved for the last couple of years as I've let other interests take over, but I do still keep in touch.

Every now and again, the group meets up and flies/controls from one place. Some of these folk have been busy all weekend, but as I was busy yesterday I only came for the day (with a tiny laptop, in the foreground). Some people here have monster PCs and some of the simulator scenery is awesome.
