One of the Finest

Day one of our holidays, I drove up the A9 with Juno, Eco mum and kids on the train and I would pick them up at Garve. So no fighting, 'when are we going to get there?', 'how long to go?'and just a pleasant drive up a near empty road.

A couple of walk stops for Juno and then Garve.

A short journey over to Ullapool, I left Eco mum and kids for their dinner and Juno and myself headed up a wee hill. A seady climb to a very lonesome spot with views all around. Many hills and many memoirs of past days, must catch up with some of those old hill pals. Spotted a fox, thank goodness Juno nerver did as I would never seen her again.

Back to Ullapool and pick up the family, we headed north for walk, You canne Knock it.

This was taken just after the kids disturbed a naked man in his camper van with their shouting, then we noticed the bare footprints from the toilet to the van.

Early to bed.
