Before I set off for Glastonbury later, I thought I'd try to film the swifts that were sweeping low over the trees beside the house. They don't fly over us regularly, so I am always pleased to see them.

I tried, but today's methodology failed, though not completely, and I will do better. Instead I was drawn to the bees buzzing around the flowers, and a few butterflies which fluttered but were very unapproachable.

I like this because of the vague outline of the bee's wings that can be seen, despite the overall lack of sharpness. It has given me food for thoughts on ways to try to photograph them in future.
