Rising up, back on the street.....

On a bit of a fitness kick at the moment. I bought some dumbells off a guy in Merthyr Tydfil (via Ebay) and I've put them in the garage to create a mini-gym.

Me and fitness have hung around together before. But he normally wanders off when I'm not looking. Let's hope he hangs around a bit longer this time.....
