Back to winter in Seattle ha ha!!! The bluest grayest skies are in Seattle i think the song goes! go here I get a charge out of this song on days like these ha ha.

I used up another groupon coupon as it was the final day to use it today. Took a pal to lunch at The Preservation Kitchen here It is the original home of the 1916 Kaisner Estate. The food was delicious and upon peeking into the kitchen to chat up the sous chef we discovered she was from Iverness in Scotland! Oh you Scots are all over the place I swear! She had personally made the most delicious carrot soup today too! Small world...she came over here 15 years ago with her husband who got a job in this area then.

Made for a lovely lunch and I'll definitely go back and even take Big R if he behaves:)
