Ears

The day Katie decrees that clothes with ears are no longer acceptable, my heart will sink rather. Until that day, I love them, she loves them, and looks adorable in them. So hurrah!

We were out and about pretty early, but we did get some nice mummy and Katie play time this morning. We went to tea and toast and it was just us, Harrison & Aiden from our friends. They had a nice play all together. Katie and Harrison spent ages chasing round and round.

H&A joined us for lunch at our house, although Katie didnt last very long before she was ready for nap time. We spent a lovely few hours at the play cafe, joined by Kiki and her mummy. Katie was desperate to help behind the counter and rather wanted to clean the toilets (not that they were dirty, but for some reason really wanted to use the toilet brush, in its correct manner!) The children ate a multitude of grape portions, a few mini bags of maltesers and still claimed hunger! They were all very full of energy, bouncing off the soft play (not surprising on all the snacks).

She did still eat a pretty huge (for Katie) tea though, and is now prancing about with little on, clutching an ice lolly that she claimed from my hand, after rejecting one for herself.
