A slice of urban reality
Well a work day today and a journey into Sheffield, so I thought I'd have an urban photo rather than a garden/ rural shot.
Solly Street, where our offices are situated is an interesting mix of modern student flats and gritty urban dereliction. I think before the recession there were plans to redevelop this site. Although the church looks in much better shape than many of the other buildings it is no longer used as a place of worship.
I've not many working days left now, I know some people would have it all worked out, but it's not been that kind of job for me. I finish at the end of August, minus the holiday I'm entitled to. It's getting closer!
