How L-O-W can you go???

1st we had St. Swithin's day... Tea-time it started to drizzle.
Then the old "Barro - meter" dropped a weeny bit and the next day was dam-pish, see yesterday.
THEN the meter dropped a weeny bit lower and we've had a great, virtually rain-free, day.

As them-over-there are wont to say .-.-.-.-.-.-.
