Craquelin
Craquelin is brioche's sweeter Belgian cousin.
Same dough as brioche, different treatment. The sugar lumps embedded in the dough are usually soaked in lemon juice, and the top is sprinkled with coarse sugar granules before baking.
A popular breakfast treat at our house.
