A wee walk round George Square
Last week's Glasgow blip was a tiger, this week it is a lion, one of two that form part of the Cenotaph in George Square. If I am going by the line in the Wizard of Oz, next week I will need to blip a bear. Oh my!
By the time I got out for lunch the lovely pale blue sky had turned a bit cloudy. It was still warm though and plenty of people were milling about the square watching the world go by. Behind the cenotaph is a top corner of the City Chambers. This Victorian building dominates the square and has a stunning interior too. Will definitely try to get a blip of one of the staircases, with all the marble, granite and gold leaf.
Half day tomorrow, so will go in search of my blip in the afternoon. I am getting quite into this!
