I want to ride my bicycle

Say hello to my new device designed to get me off the sofa and out in to the fresh air. It's been about over 9 years since I was last on a bike so I was a bit shaky when I did a quick trial run on Sunday. Planning a longer journey later in the week if the weather is ok. Stabilisers anyone?
