got angry about something. emailed myself about it. only, i didn't email myself, i emailed the person i was angry at...

and now i'm shaking, i want to be sick and i want to run screaming from the building, and i want to explain and apologise and have it be ok. but i'm not sure it can be :-(

the opening scene of 'four weddings and a funeral' doesn't even begin to cover it...
