patience

parents up for the day today, so i took full advantage and got a helping hand in planting up the garden, including some big bags with potatoes in. i don't have a big enough garden for proper shores and rows of things, but spuds do well in pots/bags (tho the foliage gets to be a bit of a pain later on sometimes). two bags of colleen and two of pink fir apple - pop back in a few months to see how they do :-)

always wish i had more time to spend with my parents just doing bits in gardens that belong to us instead of someone else's! having figured out that i like spending time suddenly there isn't enough to go round.
