Lunch for Two

Waxeyes, Zosterops laterlis aka white-eye, silvereye, or the Maori name is tauhou.

The little waxeye couple are my best customers for apple. As usual she keeps watch as he eats. She must have been hungry though because later both their heads were down into the apple.

This is a poor quality shot because it was taken through a window. It was too cold for me to go outside today.
