My Morrocan trinket box.
Today was a lazy day at home. I managed to get the boys to do some "education city" on the computer. This great website is how I'm managing to keep my boys up to date with the British national curriculum in the core subjects. As the Turkish curriculum is so unfamiliar to me I want to ensure they are are not totally left behind with their British education. I also found time for a quick piano lesson for Ali. He's showing good potential, i feel really proud when he plays his little tune with both hands!
After a quick super market shop it was time for the beach at 6pm. It's still crazily hot at that time and as we live only minutes away, we have the luxury of going anytime of day.
I didn't take any photos, so here is a last minute shot of a Morrocan trinket box I bought 12 years ago, with my husband before he was my husband, on one of the most interesting holidays of my life. I'm not much of a traveller, this was my one and only attempt at backpacking, and it was fantastic.
