Rose

Had a lovely lazy morning today followed by a leisurely brunch with my brood. Was left feeling invigorated so spent the afternoon in the garden finishing weeding the front path. The weather was a lot better than forecast so it turned out to be far more pleasant and satisfying a job than anticipated. Finished off with a general tidy of the plants and couldn't resist blipping my wee rose which is positively blooming this year! It's called Sheila's perfume and has the most delicious scent.

The kids spent time drawing and whittling today and Freya even made her own willow charcoal in the firebowl. So proud of my talented babies.
