Torrential

Massive downpour in Edinburgh today, although the dark skies and heavy cloud didn't provide great blipping material from inside the house. I needed to be somewhere with a much wider vista to properly capture the scene. But at least I was dry. A fair bit of thunder and lightning too and flooding in other parts of the city - cars floating down the street supposedly in parts of Morningside and buses diverted to avoid the worst bits. L got caught by the leading edge of it on her way home - hopefully her much-loved charity shop velvet jacket has not suffered terminal damage.
