Had to nip down to Waterstones and swap a book. Out of the many I had bought on Tuesday I realised I had read one already.
Had a wander round the back to get my blip.

Today has been a struggle, I have felt so sick again. I was doing so well. Hopefully it is just a blip in my system and I'll be ok tomorrow. Fingers crossed.
