A quick day at work, that makes a nice change.

Dinner round at my Gran's where we got talking about my late Grandpa being in the war. She has lots of his photos, letters that he sent home , newspaper articles about him being missing in action.
His war time was only 5 months as he was taken prisoner for 4 years and 4 months. He was let go because of a medical condition.

When we were younger we weren't interested in hearing all about it, now I am older I find it really fascinating. I only wish I could ask him myself and hear all his tales.
