Meringues' Canyon

So happy that my experimental meringues came up perfect: crispy outside and delicious inside (so my guests are saying ;)

Huge thanks to my Canadian friend Lisa for the recipe!

I have also tried to make an artistic picture with them; I like the contrast of white, red (a serving plate) and black (a chopping board).
