Elephant garlic & camembert

Today is to depressing to look outside the windows come on is the 8th of July and we are having this awful weather.

Looking for relief in the kitchen I decided to cook this amazing elephant garlic from The Garlic Farm Isle of Wight, I have actually bought them the past weekend in a lovely shop in Oban!

They are amazing oven baked with some rosemary, bay leaves and olive oil and then spread over bread with fused camembert on top.

Puyehue-Cordón Caulle please stop it!!!!!
