Up, up and away.......

Well....this is a tricky one!! It's funny, but sometimes I know I blip things that are very 'different' for me!! I love nature...could blip it all day!! But the funny thing about blipping is that it makes you look around at things IN GENERAL with a different eye!! Or does it?? Maybe I am just realising that there are just so MANY things that I find beautiful!!!

Nature...is always beautiful!! But buildings, cityscapes, things with symmetry (like this!!), even abstract images.... they can ALL make me FEEL something...move me in some way...and say....WOW...beautiful!!!


This is another stairwell at work....and I really like it!!

Health front......

Was at physio this morning....shoulder/neck not a 100%, but I tell you what....has my new Ikea chair helped my posture, and hence my symptoms, or WHAT!!! Sufficient to feel that no more physio required meantime!!!
The moral of the story....lovely recliner sofas are a pain in the neck!!!! LOL!!!!!!

Diet...... 11 lbs lost!!!! That 5kg !!!!!!!!! YESSSSSSSSS!!!!!
