Father's Day 2011

Tonight we celebrated Father's Day with a dinner of my hubby's choice...chicken enchiladas, rice and beans. Even my father who doesn't normally like Mexican food loved the enchiladas (or at least he said he did. hee hee). We were bummed Gary Sr. couldn't join us, but has been struggling with migraines. My brother-in-law came over too, with my niece and nephew.

After dinner, the dads opened gifts (my dad got Barnes and Noble gift card) and we got Gary a practical gift, a pop-up awning for camping and sports events. I know, not all too exciting but it will be used alot! The non-practical gift I got him is seen in this blip photo...Captain America underwear. When the boys and I saw these while shopping for clothes for Loren we couldn't resist getting them! Captain America was Gary's favorite superhero as a child. He humored us and pulled them on over his clothes for a photo op. :D
