Madeira...Day 6

Another change of scenery today and did a levada walk, Fontes, ending up at a semi-circular cliff with numerous small waterfalls cascading over the sides. Levada's are irrigation channels approximately 20" wide designed to carry water from the mountainous regions to the drier south of the island. This dragonfly settled in front of me and i couldn't resist showing him here.
