The view from the top

Still haven't had time to catch up but the light is at the end of the tunnel!! I had to go into Bantry and treated myself to a few windswept moments at the top of the hill - hazy and dramatic. It's crazy driver day out on the roads - the worst - old men in caps, driving in the middle of the road at 5mph. I was also hemmed in by a massive lorry delivering flowers, and nearly ran over a young man cycling on the wrong side of the road. And then there are the sheep, newly shorn and dafter than ever - all over the road.

Out for supper with friends - still working those red currants!
