Blackcurrants galore

Today there has been a frenzy of blackcurrant gathering - a bumper crop and the kitchen is awash with big black berries. Scott and Carina have made two batches of jam (one low sugar so very healthy!) and ice cream :) The jam tastes wonderful and looks amazing - I liked the way the spots of the tablecloth reflect onto the jar. All very full on but lots getting done.
