There's something missing here

There used to be a little row of trees in front of the skate park.

Including the only tree in Cottons Park that flowered and then produced berries. Here's a link to a photo of it

Some bright spark in the council though it would be a good idea to cut them down and plant a little row fo silver birches

But this is Romford so they carried out phases one and two of the plan then forgot phase three - water the trees.

So out of the five or six saplings they planted four or five died leaving this one all on it's own

And on the way out too I'd say looking at the number of dry and withered leaves on it
