Highlights of the day...

Negotiating telephone customer support red-tape...

...insurance brokers, underwriters, broadband providers... they were out to get me

...anyway, I fought bravely ...managed to claw back 3 years No Claims Bonus that had gone missing in action ...and 30 Pounds Sterling billed under 'Cessation of broadband' charges ...still fighting tooth and nail to remove 10 Pounds Sterling in broadband over-usage charge

On afternoon walk to post-office, I spotted these stone carvings (larger version) on a rather beautiful restored building in Leith. I have walked this street for 5 years and never noticed them before. And an outblip

Grass needed cutting, friends needed calling and a day job in between...

Can't complain about how much I've achieved today.
