Rams v Ewes

Our ever lovely landlady Lisa has organised a series of sporting events through the summer to raise money for the Childrens Heart Surgery Unit in Leeds.

So far we have had Rounders, the Rams slaughtered the Ewes, something like 35/6, we weren't playng as he had a council meeting and I babysat for one of the councillors. We had a pub quiz last week whereby the Rams only beat the Ewes by one point..........no cheating at all
This brings us to today and the tennis match, the weather was probably the same countrywide, scorching, and by 5.30 -our start time- it hadn't really cooled down very much. We had a hoot with many different styles of serves and variations on scoring, once again the Rams won, as yet I don't know my how much.
I wonder.....does the higher turn-out of Rams to Ewes make a difference?

Things to look froward to are the domino and darts evenings and also a car treasure hunt on the 24th July.
