ANOTHER BRA BLIP

Sorry to do another 'bra blip'. These are 12 bras that I never wear. So on Wednesday when I go for the results of my biopsy I'm going to take them with me. I vaguely remember seeing something near the reception desk that was asking for old bras.

Unfortunately, I was in such a state that I didn't really pay attention to anything. When I hand in my appointment card, I will be 'cool, calm & collected' and will donate 12 bras to whatever charity it is they're collecting for.

'Then, on my way home, I will call off at Marks & Spencer's and buy some new bras. Unless of course I have to have a mastectomy in which case I guess there's going to be no point in buying any new bras.

I've had a really nice day. Beautiful weather. Went out with my friend this morning and then walked the dog this afternoon.

Came home, had a couple of glasses of 'rose' in the sunshine while doing the crossword.

Trying not to think about the results. Still can't feel any lumps and bumps. But still very, very bruised.

I feel as though it's been a really normal day. I've done really normal things.

Also my sister phoned me this morning to see how I was. Briefly explained what I'd gone through but as 'friend' had just arrived and 'dog' was going mad, I said I'd phone her on Wednesday.

I'm trying to be positive - It's hard!
