Running Feet

Today I spent the morning driving around the Gold Coast trying to get snaps of my friends running in the Gold Coast half and full marathons. I had run the 10km the day before (with no training for months) so getting up at 5.30am had seemed a bit of a drudge.

Cath has been running for a long time and she did a half marathon today. Her feet are always a mess after a big run and I could not resist taking this image of her with her feet up, relaxing, and having a drink.

Her feet tell it all.

That will be me next year.
