piano lessons

The last two mornings, I've heard the piano playing as I've been waking up. My oldest son, after just 3 lessons is practicing. Without reminders. Without encouragement.

I love every aspect of it...

the sound of his playing,
his self-satisfaction in mastering the piece,

and (perhaps most of all), his initiative.
