Graduation!

I don't often blip people but I liked this shot of my colleagues in front of the graduating student body. I rather like the colour and pomp/circumstance of graduation days. I have been to more since I came to Edinburgh than in my entire academic life before.

One of the Honorary Graduates today was Olivia Giles. An inspiring woman. Just been to an end of semester reception for the College and to have a quick drink with a graduating PhD student and her parents. Lovely people. Just cooling off in my office having had difficulty getting back in the building because I find it hard to remember my pin. Then homeski. And soon offski.
