Keeping Me Alive.....

Had to include a photo of these fine ladies, without whom I would have been an uber-skinny underfedling because of the course.

Their range of very popular and gorgeous dishes (I've sampled such a wide range of Mexican food now thanks to their menu - Battered, Cheese-stuffed Cactus anyone?) kept me going when I barely had time to even think about food during course. Forever grateful.

Afterwards despite the torrential, all-day Glsgow-esque rain I went for a few Gourmet Beers w/Eric from the course.

Headed home earlier than expected, because of emergency text relating to a leaky roof back at the flat. However, it being the following day, I can report that the offending crack has been sealed, thanks to the combined efforts of myself and Jose, Sandra's Dad.

Where would ya be w/out a little bit of Silicon Seal?!?!!?
