I had a day off work today and what a nice day it was! Up early and cycled up to the Queens Park to see the rehearsal for the "Presentation of the Colours" Ceremony which is on Saturday. At least now I have a rough idea of what I'll be doing on the day, which is always a good thing........... when Queenie is around!

I almost blipped a photo of the soldiers peeing in the bushes before they set of down the Galloping Glen but thought seeing as they were all lifting their kilts it might be too controversial!

Bike suffered a near death experience as the rear mech jammed sticking in the spokes and making me skid to an abrupt halt. Bike booked in next week to bike hospital for TLC.

Home for lunch with K and baby A......she's grown so much in a week!

Circuits at Gym were "hard as" followed by "Footie" training in the sunshine. Everyone was in good form, the sun seems to make everyone smile. Home for flat viewing again but alass no fuckers potential buyers............form an orderly queue please!!
