FREEDOM!!!!

The chooks have been with us two weeks now so today was the first foray into the garden, I was going to cut the grass first but we haven't had a rain free day for nearly two weeks.

Funny to watch them exploring, especially Matilda (the ginge) who seemed to go around and take a bite from every plant in the place, even funnier when she shat herself and did a half leap half flap with a hysterical squawk when a crow flew over.

We are trying to hold off on clipping wing feathers but may have to rethink if any of them gets on a motorbike and attempts to jump the barbed wire.
