Bible study bench LeadUp day 2

Got up in time today to actually spend a good time before breakfast doing some personal bible studying where I sat in the cold outside at this bench, it did wake me up quite well and kept me focused.

The bible teaching this morning was a brilliant start into the week, with a relevant and clear message. A friend of mine made a very thorough blog entry about the message here .

The first seminar was very interesting and about "Child and Faith Development", although I think I can still not stand small annoying children. The second group time went a lot better than the first one as I'm getting to know the group better and it was focused on studying the bible. It was challenging but also very informative. The second seminar of the day was a lot more interesting than the first one (entitled "Culture watch") as I had partially already dealt with the matter as my mum made an intensive study about the christian faith in our modern day european culture.

We had an evening activity which involved Uni hockey, basketball and football and was very enjoyable as it brought the group together.

I also got introduced today to the game of Irish snap and once I had gotten the hang of it I quite enjoyed it, (although my hand didn't always)
