Five Very Hungry Caterpillars

These caterpillars are from a Butterfly Garden hatching kit that Alex got for his birthday. They are Painted Lady Caterpillars, the large plastic butterfly is an example of the adult. The caterpillars were carefully delivered by our lovely postlady last Saturday and we've been watching them eat, grow and poo ever since.

Watch this space - I'm sure they'll be more blips of the life cycle to come.
