Sauerkraut

Quite possibly my favorite food. And while there are many folks, and probably even more across the pond, who enjoy this fermented cabbage delight, most of the people who find out how much I love sauerkraut, instantly turn up their noses!

Hardly anyone (I won't make a rash generalization and say no one) likes sauerkraut!

And IIIIIIII I love it. Bizarre choice of Top 5 favorite food, but I love the stuff.

This like, this taste of mine. It's part of what makes me, me. And these days, I'll take any old reason to celebrate little old me.
