Quiet on the Esturary

Morning light on the estuary was soft and gentle as the Black swans preened themselves for the day.

I took a few shots today but this had to be the best - think it was my mood, one of those couldn't be bothered moods, unsettled and not at all focused on my jobs - I seemed to drift from one thing to another and not really accomplishing much, perhaps its because its the shortest day of the year. I had the lights turned on and the curtains drawn at 4.45pm.

Wednesday is on our doorsteps - hope its a good one!! :)

PS Another earthquake just came through, 10.36pm - it shook and lingered and was quite loud. Must be substantial for our family to feel it - hope all is well in town (Christchurch)
